Services
Nikola Professional Detailing provides automotive, mobile, aircraft, marine, motorcycle, corporate, and fleet detailing; Paint Protection Film, ceramic coating, window tint, paint correction, paintless dent removal, ambient lighting, starlight headliners, and related appearance-management services.
All services are subject to availability, inspection, and approval by Nikola Professional Detailing.
Pricing and estimates
Quotes and estimates are based on the information available at the time of inquiry and on vehicles or assets being presented in reasonably maintained condition.
Additional charges may apply for excessive contamination, pet hair, biohazards, mold, oxidation, neglect, heavy staining, scratches, severe paint defects, or any condition requiring labor, materials, or time beyond standard expectations. Nikola may adjust pricing following inspection or decline service when the asset is unsuitable for the requested work.
Deposits
Certain services may require a deposit to secure scheduling. Deposits for specialty services, custom projects, PPF, ceramic coating, window tint, aircraft detailing, marine detailing, or reserved installation appointments may be non-refundable.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Please provide as much notice as possible when an appointment must be canceled or rescheduled. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before an appointment may be subject to a fee.
Nikola may retain deposits or apply cancellation fees when appointments are canceled without sufficient notice, a client is unavailable at the scheduled time, or service cannot be performed because of circumstances within the client’s control.
Results disclaimer
Outcomes vary according to the age, condition, maintenance history, and pre-existing condition of the vehicle or asset. No service can guarantee perfection or complete removal of every defect, stain, scratch, odor, contaminant, oxidation, or imperfection.
Right to refuse service
Nikola may refuse, discontinue, postpone, or decline service when an asset presents unsafe conditions, excessive contamination, biohazards, undisclosed damage, structural concerns, or conditions that may compromise quality, employee safety, equipment, or company standards.
Photography and marketing
Unless otherwise requested in writing before service, Nikola may photograph or record vehicles and other assets before, during, and after service for quality control, documentation, training, marketing, advertising, social media, website content, and portfolio use.
Reasonable efforts will be made to avoid displaying sensitive customer information. Clients who do not want an asset featured must notify Nikola in writing before service begins.
Limitation of liability
Nikola is not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical failures, manufacturing defects, aftermarket modifications, normal wear, hidden defects, or conditions not disclosed before service. Clients are responsible for removing personal belongings, valuables, firearms, cash, and other sensitive items before service begins.

Website content, images, logos, text, branding, photographs, videos, and other materials are the property of Nikola Professional Detailing and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without written permission.
